Beware: South Coast Rail Project Is Nothing Less Than UN "Agenda 21" Takeover Scheme

The hopes of one day having access to commuter rail service between the Massachusetts South Coast and Boston existed in the minds of South Coast residents like me, long before the terms “sustainable development”, “smart growth”, and “greening”  became linked with Governor Patrick’s massive reconstruction and land takeover plan known simply as “The Corridor Plan”.

As someone who grew up in New Bedford, MA not too far from the remains of the once bustling train yards that were the lifeblood of the city when New Bedford was one of the textile capitals of the world in the 1920’s but were shut down when train service was discontinued in the 1950’, I can state unequivocally that I just wanted a stupid train to take to Boston, not a  socialist utopia conceived by a bunch of environmental wackos and the American hating United Nations,  which is really the ultimate objective of this  diabolical and extremely expensive plan for "sustainable development" on the Massachusetts South Coast. Oh yes…it calls for the use of "a stupid train", also, as almost an after thought..

The term “Sustainable Development “ according to the Agenda 21 “Bible” (seen above ) was first introduced to the world in the pages of a 1987 report (Our Common Future) produced by the United Nations world Commission on Environmental Development authored by Gro Harlem Brundtland, VP of the World  Socialist Party. That’s right. I did say “World Socialist Party”. The term was first offered as official UN policy in 1992, in a document called UN Sustainable Development  Agenda 21, issued at the UN’s Earth Summit, today referred to simply as Agenda 21.

It’s the same plan US president George H.W. Bush signed the United States on to in 1992, pledging to adopt the goals of Agenda 21. I might add that the President signed the United States on to this UN plan, without congressional approval. Are you kidding me? Jesse Helms  would have had a heart attack.

In 1995, President Bill Clinton, in compliance with Agenda 21, signed executive order #12858 to create the President’s Council on Sustainable Development in order to “harmonize” US environmental policy with UN directives as outlined in Agenda 21 (once again without congressional approval. I mean… nobody contacted me. Did anyone ask you if it would be all right to put the United States under control of the United Nations in environmental matters?)

The EO directed all agencies of the Federal Government to work with state and local community governments in a joint effort to “reinvent” government using the guidelines outlined in Agenda 21. As a result, with the assistance of groups like ICLEI, Sustainable Development is now emerging as government policy in every town, county and state in the nation.

It was during the Clinton administration that J Gary Lawrence, advisor to President Clinton's council on sustainable development was quoted as saying: "Participating in a UN advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy -fixated groups and individuals in our society. This segment of our society who fear "one world government" and a UN invasion of the United States through which our freedom would be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined "the conspiracy" by undertaking A 21. So we call our process something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.

President Barrack Obama, further committed the United States to Agenda 21 by signing Executive Order #13575 on June 9, 2011, establishing a White House Rural council for facilitating the federal coordination of sustainable development at the community level.

Agenda 21 is also the same plan the John Birch society has been screaming about for years, but nobody has been listening to them until recently, because well….it was “the John Birch Society”

It's also the same plan that 60 South Coast residents, including yours truly, gathered to learn about last month at a seminar entitled “Agenda 21”, “Smart Growth” and“Sustainable Development  (see photo below).

I’ve been trying to educate myself and anyone else that would listen to me ever since about this evil plot to deprive us of our constitutional right to own property and push us from beautiful rural areas and peaceful country side estates to the cities, “stacked and packed” along rail lines like rats.

The following link is essentially a progress report that was issued by the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District [SRPEDD] on the proposed plan for the development of Commuter Rail Service on the Massachusetts South Coast  which as I said the citizens of the Massachusetts South Coast have been waiting for, for  ions it seems.

According to the official Website of the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development (EOHED) this report is a Retrospective Analysis of the
State Investment IN The South Coast Region And Implementation Of The Corridor Plan:  that was issued in Compliance with Executive Order 525 by Governor Deval Patrick in 2010.

With the election of Governor Deval Patrick it appeared that our prayers had been answered. We would now be able to get our "stupid train" and with the issuance of this report it appeared that we had finally progressed to a  point beyond the talk, meetings, and endless disappointments experienced with previous  administrations. Here was a  man who actually cared about the South Coast region of the state and didn't treat it like it was the arm pit of Massacushetts after all it was where his voting base was, a liberal and traditional Democrat bastion of unquestioned support. He knew it and we were being properly rewarded, even though I hadn't voted for a Democrat since Jimmy Carter. (but I'm an anomaly I assure you)

So when I finally got around to reading  this analysis of the implementation of “the Commonwealth of Massachusetts South Coast Rail Economic Development and Land Use Corridor Plan, otherwise known as “The Corridor Plan”,  I skimmed through the pages quickly expecting to see a straightforward plan concerning the development of our long awaited commuter rail service. But OMG...

This is much, much, more than a simple plan to re-establish connections between the SouthCoast cities of Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton with Boston. This is nothing more than “Agenda 21”, the devious and intricate plot, I've been referring to in this post that was hatched at the United Nations in 1987 under the guise of “saving the planet and the environment.

You've got to be kidding me, I thought. Boy did I feel stupid and even violated.

READ THE CORRIDOR PLAN REPORT and see what I mean. This is AGENDA 21 folks and nothing less. I’m telling you this is it. The South Coast Rail Project is being used as a front to implement “Agenda 21” right in front of our eyes. Right here on the Massachusetts South Coast.

READ THE CORRIDOR PLAN REPORT that President Obama’s good buddy, governor Deval Patrick, so “generously” released that’s filled with all the “Agenda 21” terms and identifying code words we were informed about at the seminar and tell me I’m wrong.

READ THE CORRIDOR REPORT   and see why the planners of Agenda 21 were quoted as saying: Agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of All humans, unlike anything the world has ever experienced [Agenda 21: The Earth Summit Strategy to Save Our Planet](Earth Press 1993)

And why the planners of Agenda 21 looked at ownership of private property with disdain, considering it a social injustice  since not everyone can build wealth from it. And why they had no problem in confiscating land from private citizens, which is an integral part of the Corridor Plan, ensuring that vast stretches of south coast rural property are restricted for use as PPAs (Primary Protection Areas) or PDAs(Primary Development Areas)

You see the planners of Agenda 21 believed that land cannot be treated as an ordinary asset , controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market, and apparently Governor Patrick and his comrades in the 5 state agencies and three regional planning agencies that have been busy little bees
setting the ground work for the full implemetation of Agenda 21 on the Massachusetts South Coast agree.

READ THE CORRIDOR PLAN REPORT and tell me I'm wrong. Tell me “the Corridor Plan” isn’t the beginning of the implementation of Agenda 21, which at it’s deepest core is really about the formation of a one world government with the United Nations in charge.

READ THE CORRIDOR PLAN REPORT AND PRINT IT OUT IN PDF FORMAT along with my articles. Do your homework. Take the initial steps that the good people of Fall River MA did last May, which I wrote about in a very thorough and detailed account entitled: “MA South Coast Residents Learn About “Agenda 21”, “Smart Growth” andSustainable Development .

READ THE CORRIDOR PLAN REPORT and tell me I’m just another “conspiracy nut” seeing UN Black Helicopters in his dreams. BTW I haven’t seen one yet but I have heard the stories about UN “Peacekeeping” thugs raping civilians (both men and women), but I might be getting ahead of myself, We’re still in the beginning stages, and it’s not too late to stand up against these NGO’s (non government agencies and regional councils filled with environmental extremists, none of whom have any accountability what–so-ever to the voters.

AFTER READING THE CORRIDOR PLAN REPORT  you’ll see that we’re further along than you think. Read about the projects in your communities on pages 15-34 that shows where your money has already been spent and don’t think for a minute that it wasn’t directly taken from you in local taxes or that it wasn’t taken from you in state and federal taxes.

READ THE CORRIDOR PLAN REPORT and see where your money has been designated or has already been spent on plans you had  nothing to do with, never knew about, never was contacted on, solicited on, and you never voted on.

Ask yourself what most of these projects have to do with South Coast Rail and the necessary restoration to old railroad tracks and railroad bridges that are still in place since the passenger train service shut down 60 years ago. Those are projects I understand but how about explaining  why it was necessary to invest $7,340, 000 in a Massasoit Community College Energy Project in Canton, MA through an agency called DCAM; or an unspecified project on Palmers Island  for $300,000 nowhere near any train tracks; or $2,198,805 for a Redevelopment Infrastructure Project  for United Front Homes in New Bedford, nowhere near the proposed train station of railroad tracks.

This is just a small sample from about 150 projects listed on 15 pages in a Report under the South Coast Rail Logo. I’m sure most of these if not all, are excellent projects that were long overdue, but why were they funded under the umbrella of South Coast Rail. Doesn’t that cause you to smell a rat. I’m starting to wonder if this is where Obama’s so called stimulus dollars went to not just here but for projects like these all over the country. I mean we know the stimulus bill didn’t do anything towards creating job growth in the private sector, which is what was needed to rescue the economy from the Obama recession.

The report is long and difficult to read on a computer screen , or your smart phone, but if you do nothing else read the letter addressed to South Coast Residents that the Governor inserted at the beginning of the report and tell me this isn’t “Agenda 21”

Tell me he’s not talking about “Agenda 21” after the opening paragraph of his letter where he says:

It is not enough just to reestablish transit connections between the South Coast cities of Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton with Boston.” [ Why not? I just want a stupid train not some “godless”, “socialist”  “utopia” [A21]

Or tell me he's not talking about Agenda 21 when he says:

We also intend this project to expand environmental protection [A21], curb sprawl [A21], and cut greenhouse gas emissions by reducing the need for families and workers to drive everywhere. [A21]

Or tell me he's not talking about Agenda 21 when he says:

for the first time, we have seamlessly integrated planning for transportation investments with economic and land use development on a regional scale. [A21]

And tell me he's not talking about Agenda 21 when he says:

By clustering jobs and homes close to the stations through transit-oriented development and “greening” the stations by encouraging renewable energy on site, new neighborhoods will be created.: [A21]

And finally, Tell me he's not talking about Agenda 21 when he says:

The Plan also identifies priorities for land protection, which will preserve the farms, fields, and forests in every city and town. Protecting working farms, cranberry bogs, habitat, rivers and wetlands is not only important for ecological reasons, but for economic reasons. This rich landscape is central to the South Coast’s quality of life and long-term competitive advantage in the economy.

After reading this , all I could think of were the closing  remarks made by one of the  presenters at the Fall river Seminar on Agenda 21 and I quote:

THIS  IS NOT ABOUT CONSERVATION",  which in fact this longtime professional conservation manager for the town of Ware, MA, David Kopacz,  reiterated several times during the evening, stressing his love and passion for conservation and his life long habit of going out of his way to save endangered species, which was easy for me to believe after observing his "ponytailed caricature" for three hours.

I wrote a paper on a 5 legged salamander", he said with a straight face, "and Environmental Studies and Conservation was my major in college and my lifelong work as a  Conservation  professional

THIS IS ABOUT LAND ACQUISITION"!  and continuing he stated....

I BELIEVE THE UNITED STATES IS A GREAT NATION,  NOT BECAUSE OF OUR MILITARY MIGHT, BUT BECAUSE OF THE FOUNDING PRINCIPLES OF LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE RIGHT TO OWN PROPERTY.

In closing, I would just like to add: FORGET ABOUT SOUTH COAST RAIL AND AGENDA 21. Nothing good can come from implementing a United Nations Plan. It's not too late to take a stand against it, but the vast majority of our friends and neighbors have been brainwashed and indoctrinated by the mainstream media and in our liberal schools and colleges into "thinking green", so the challenge is great.

One thing, however,  we do have going for us on the Massachusetts South Coast is that this area is  largely despised or non existent in the minds of anyone who lives above 128 (pardon the slight exaggeration but  you have to admit I'm close) . The political power brokers in the State struggling to find money for their endless entitlement programs, like welfare for illegal immigrants must be fit to be tied at the sheer cost of South Coast Rail. So there is hope.

Even if Charlie Baker had been elected, the whole program would have been cut off at the knees on his first day in office, so hang in their South Coast residents, but stay awake and BEWARE! Governor Patrick and the proponents of South Coast Rail are not your friends. They have something much more sinister in mind, whether they realize it or not.

What we should be focusing on is getting the US out of the United Nations and the United Nations out of the US
