Obama's Pastor

I listened  to Meet the Press vehemntly examine  Mit Romney's mormonism yesterday with exasperating detail in what could only be described as a bigoted tirade on behalf of the liberal anchor, David Gregory,  I wonder if the mainstream media, not just Fox News and Conservative Talk Radio, will finally take a look at the man who's church Obama and his family attended for 20 years.

I've never heard a Christian filled with such hate as the Reverand Wright in any of the churches I ever attended, never mind a pastor. Where is the aura of godliness, holiness, and righteousness one would expect to see from a man of God. I see nothing but hate and hostility. Compare this tirade to the Amazing Grace sermon and musical performance given in my previous post by Wintley Phipps, which brought both white and black Christians  in his audience together in such a loved filled and stirring way.

Wright, who has been preaching since he was ordained in 1967, spews nothing but hate and racial hatred to white people so it is no wonder there is so much despair and black on black crime being committed in Chicago where he spent so many years in the heart of the black community.

It's time for the media to do their job and tell us about OBama's relationship to this man because it is very troubling as are many other things we don't really know about the President's youth, parents, time spent in Indonesia and Pakistan, and his radical associates at Columbia, Harvard, and the University of Chicago.

  1. At first hearing the part about "I was thirsty, and you gave me to drink, I was hungry...etc", I thought, well, that's scriptural. Then I realized, what he should have said was,"I was thirsty, and you took drink from someone else, and gave it to me; I was hungry, and you took food from someone else...etc." It's the theme of equating inequality with injustice. If you are unequal to someone else, then something's wrong.
